About The Position

Novant Health New Hanover Medical Center is looking for a compassionate and experienced Nocturnist Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider to join an established, growing team of 40 physicians and 9 APPs to provide care to our patients under the direction of inpatient physicians in Wilmington, NC. The ideal provider would have experience with admissions, be flexible and able to work weekends and nights (11 hour shifts).

Requirements

• Master's Degree required
• Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, or NP or post Master's NP program required
• Current PA or NP license in appropriate state required
• NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care to many patients responding to codes and providing cross coverage
• Inpatient Hospitalist Care
