Cook Solutions Group is hiring for a NOC Technician/Technical Help Desk Technician with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our 'We Make It Happen!' culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems, responding to issues in a timely manner, working for external customers to monitor alarm and access control, ATM, and camera surveillance.
