Position: NOC Supervisor (Medpasser/Caregiver) Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 10pm-6am and Rotating every 3rd week on call The NOC Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the clinical care staff during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, compassionate, and a strong problem solver. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach to managing staff and supporting residents.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations and survey processes.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate direct care staff on the PM/NOC shift.
• Ensure quality of care by supporting staff performance and efficiency.
• Motivate and guide staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain administrative practices aligned with facility goals and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Follow up on clinical issues arising during the PM/NOC shift.
• Manage staffing needs, including arranging coverage for call-ins.
