About The Position
The NOC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 24X7 iconectiv LNPA Network Operations Center (NOC) tier 1 functions. This role involves leading the NOC team in monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating issues while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and service level agreements (SLAs). The supervisor will also provide performance metrics and support the technical needs of the team, ensuring all environments remain healthy and operational.
