About The Position

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a NOC Shift Supervisor (Senior) for an exciting opportunity located in Stennis Space Center, MS . This project provides comprehensive support for Enterprise Monitoring (both CONUS and OCONUS) of Government systems including Critical Incident Management, Engineering and Infrastructure Implementation, Operational Support, end-to-end Performance Monitoring and Alerting, Dashboard development and Management, Reporting, and conducting Performance and Capacity Assessment, Monitoring, and Planning. Job Description and Responsibilities ESM is looking for a full-time NOC Shift Supervisor (Senior) who demonstrates the following capabilities and satisfies the Minimum Qualifications, Clearance, and Certification requirements. Employee responsibilities include: Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption

Requirements

  • Excellent team skills, must be thorough, must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment
  • Strong dedication to provide quality customer service
  • Strong problem solving skills including the ability to quickly identify the cause of issues with the system or determine if other teams need to be included in resolving an issue
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to established deadlines
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help necessary
  • Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Certification in at least one of the following: CCIE; CCNP; CISSP or equivalent, RCSP; or MCITP/MCSE
  • Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated background investigation commensurate with access to DHS/USCIS sensitive information
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Must be U.S. citizen
