About The Position

Shorewood Landing is seeking Overnight NOC Part Time shift available - Nursing Assistants (Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide) to join our team. Shorewood Landing senior living community is tucked away in an oasis of lake living with all the benefits of the city. Requirements

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
• Critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Provision of high quality personal care and services to residents
• Support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents
• Maintain consistency with regulations and established best practices
