About The Position
Clearwave Fiber is seeking a dynamic and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead the development and ongoing management of our in-house NOC. This role is pivotal in maintaining a high-performing, technically proficient internal team responsible for the 24/7 monitoring, support, and optimization of our nationwide fiber-optic network. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Clearwave Fiber’s Network Operations Center, defining and refining procedures, developing the team, optimizing tools, and fostering a service-centric culture. This leadership role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, and team-building skills to deliver world-class NOC services that ensure high reliability, rapid response, and exceptional customer support.
