About The Position
Lumos is seeking a full-time NOC Engineer I for Outage Management on the 3rd Shift (12am-8am). This role is crucial for coordinating network outages and ensuring quick resolutions by collaborating with various engineering teams. The NOC Engineer I will also provide technical support, assist in troubleshooting network issues, and contribute to maintaining the performance of Lumos's fiber-optic network.
