The NOC Analyst is responsible for the monitoring, support, and troubleshooting of hardware and network components. They participate in implementation and on-going support of technologies used within the Daybreak framework in the Technical Operations department. Monitoring a wide variety of information and network systems that include, but are not limited to telecommunications circuits, LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, physical servers, game servers, storage, backup, operating systems, and core applications. Recognizing, identifying, and prioritizing incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies, and operational impact. Providing timely responses to all incidents, outages, and performance alerts. Communicating with third-party service providers and notifying customers of issues, outages, and remediation status. Categorizing issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams. Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to support the organization's hundreds of users and 8 live gaming products across 5 global datacenters. Creating and maintaining procedural documentation and monitoring alerts based upon requirements defined by development teams and Technical Operations groups. Perform basic systems testing and operational tasks (installation of patches, network connectivity testing, script execution, etc.). Minor systems administration. Building, configuring, and installing servers. Remote management and configuration of server hardware. Replace malfunctioning or underperforming hardware. Conduct periodic visits to datacenters for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
