About The Position

Acumen Technology is looking for confident and passionate NOC Analyst to join our team. Requirements

Intermediate understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment..
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Client Backup Checks. Review and verify the success of scheduled backups across multiple platforms and clients.
Alerts Triage. Review and troubleshoot any automated alerts that generate from our systems on a daily basis.
Service Tickets. Triage and troubleshoot tickets assigned to the team. Escalate to higher tier resources as needed
Disaster Recovery Tests. Deploy and document virtual environments for clients in the cloud, utilizing their backup solution to perform the tests.
New Client Onboardings. Assist with new clients as they are onboarded into Acumen's systems.
Manage the monitoring, management, and security tools and technologies that Acumen uses across our clients.
Seek to improve monitoring capabilities with existing tools and finding new solutions
Track time and details on appropriate service tickets as work is performed
