The Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst will be responsible for monitoring large computer networks and server farms for problems from a central location. They analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems, communicate with Operations teams and track problems through to resolution. The NOC Analyst will lead the effort for notifications (e-mail, text, and phone), cross functional team triage sessions, status to Senior Leadership teams and communications to internal/external stakeholders during production incidents. Responsible for 24x7 monitoring of systems performance and communicates any problems to team and management. Recommends and performs operational enhancements, including but not limited to: process improvement, documentation updates, monitoring enhancements and communications to leadership on production incidents.
