About The Position

Our interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of construction professionals who are committed to Noble's mission of inspiring hope, improving lives, and strengthening the communities we live in and serve. The goal of the Noble’s Internship Program is to expose undergraduates to all aspects of the construction industry with hands-on learning which includes exposure to: Project Management Field Supervision Estimating Safety Quality Control
Requirements
- Applicant must be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a four-year institution in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)

- Attend WIOA Orientation (Held every Wednesday @ 9:30am at the Workforce Solutions Cameron at the Harlingen office located at 1820 W. Jefferson Ave)
- Attend Job Readiness Workshop (2-3 hours)
- Attend Soft Skills Workshop (2-3 hours)
- CASAS 3hr Test
- Two in-person interviews (conducted by their assigned Career Coach)
- Enrolled in Selective Service (males only)
- Two valid physical forms of identification (I-9 verification)
- Employment is contingent on passing a drug screen, physical, and background check.
