About The Position
Join McLeod Express as an Over-the-Road (OTR) driver and earn great pay while enjoying a safe and reliable work environment. This position primarily involves driving in the Midwest lanes, allowing you to be home every other weekend. As a professional CDL driver, you can expect to earn over $90,000 annually with a no-touch freight policy, ensuring a hassle-free driving experience. Our compensation structure includes a competitive rate of $0.60 per mile for all miles driven, whether loaded or empty, along with a quarterly safety bonus of $0.02 per mile. We also offer weekly pay protection of $1,200, ensuring financial stability even during unforeseen circumstances. In addition to the attractive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes $1,000 orientation pay, which is distributed at $500 per week for the first two weeks. Our drivers also benefit from maintenance and customer detention pay starting after just one hour, a $100 bonus for clean inspections, and a generous $2,000 driver referral bonus. We offer a per diem of $69 per day to help cover daily expenses while on the road. Our commitment to our drivers extends beyond just pay; we ensure that our equipment is late model and well-maintained, contributing to a great CSA score and overall driving experience.
