About The Position

Founded in the 1940s, we are a mid-sized insurance defense firm with a broad litigation practice. Our attorneys handle insurance coverage and bad faith, fraud and special investigations, premises and construction liability, products and auto liability, commercial transportation, employment law, municipal and civil rights matters. We represent insurers and insured clients from offices in Philadelphia, across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York City.

Requirements

• NY bar
• Recent No-fault experience
• NY no-fault
• Insurance laws
• Civil court
• Handling arbitrations
• Taking examinations under oath
• Civil litigation
• Third-party defense auto cases
