We are searching for Engineers of Radiological Work to support APTIM's nuclear decommissioning (D&D) project at the Bettis Atomic Laboratory in West Mifflin, PA. Will be a part of a multi-disciplined team supporting our projects and will be focused on engineering support activities. Our highly skilled multi-discipline teams of professionals are strategically located throughout the United States and abroad to efficiently provide safe and sustainable solutions to complex challenges faced by government, public institutions, and commercial clients. These roles involve planning and executing engineering solutions for characterization, dismantling, and demolition of radiologically and environmentally impacted structures. APTIM expects our engineers to be creative problem solvers who actively seek innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions to complex challenges. They are encouraged to think beyond conventional approaches, leverage multidisciplinary expertise, and apply critical thinking to deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient outcomes for every project. Responsibilities include developing technical work documents, sampling plans, and waste characterization reports, as well as performing structural evaluations and mechanical design for safe and compliant project execution. Positions offer a mix of office-based engineering and field work, requiring strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
