For more information about NJC, see the college web site at: http://www.njc.edu What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be: This position will be responsible for assisting the Head Wrestling Coach with the day-to-day functions of the wrestling team. Duties may also include recruiting, developing practice plans, coordinating travel, scheduling, and other assignments as prepared by the head coach and/or athletic director. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, work well with others in a team setting, and possess knowledge and experience coaching wrestling. What We Require: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience in effective communication with students and student athletes on a daily basis. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission of a comprehensive community college Demonstrated commitment to career and professional development Ability to obtain a commercial driver's license What We Can Offer: This is a 234-day part-time position. Salary range of $30,000-$32,000 commensurate with education and experience. After securing a Commercial Driver's License, the base salary is increased $1,500.
