About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Noninvasive Vascular Technologist who understands all aspects of vascular disease and performs various types of noninvasive vascular testing with accuracy and analytical skills, in accordance with BHSF and IAC standards. The Noninvasive Vascular Technologist will be responsible for the operation of laboratory equipment and for performing and communicating results of all types of noninvasive vascular testing to other healthcare providers. The technologist should maintain a high standard of medical ethics at all times and should be self-motivated to increase their understanding and knowledge of vascular diseases as well as new procedures and applications as they evolve. The estimated pay range for this position is $32.12 - $44.97 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer certification.
• ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist certification (must acquire within 1 year of employment).
• Graduate from an accredited allied health program, preferably with a focus on cardiovascular ultrasonography.
• Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• No prior experience required.
