Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% productivity and maintain close to that goal.
• Use factory specifications as the standard for all repair, service, and customization work.
• Provide excellent customer service for all customers, both external and internal.
• Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.
• Complete repair work within the allotted time and set goals to increase efficiency.
• Submit parts requests as soon as requirements are determined.
• Keep service writer or service manager informed of any supplemental work or delays.
• Assist service writer in writing work orders, conducting test rides, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete and file proper paperwork after every job.
• Keep technical qualifications current by finishing required training programs.
• Ensure the vehicle is cleaner upon completion than when dropped off.
• Make each job thorough to reduce return repairs and complete any additional work quickly and correctly.

Benefits

• Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $19.00.
