Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Familiarity with dealership service software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive technology is a bonus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide accurate information about recommended services.
• Clearly communicate repair estimates, timelines, and any additional services to customers.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions.
• Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
