Responsibilities

  • As a Service receptionist, you will be expected to answer all inbound calls to the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct callers to their destination.
  • Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
  • Process payments for service and balance payments daily.
  • Prepare Rental agreements and review with customers.
