About The Position

The Finance and Insurance Director at Nissan will oversee a team of finance managers, ensuring effective management of financial operations within the dealership. This role requires a strong background in finance and insurance, with a focus on maintaining relationships with lending institutions and optimizing deal structures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&I Director.
• Thorough knowledge of MPP products is recommended.
• Experience with Dealertrack, CDK, DealerSocket, and Darwin is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dealership operations for at least 2 years.
• Sales experience for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-4 finance managers.
• Maintain relationships with financial lending institutions.
• Structure and rehash deals effectively.
• Manage CIT to 5 days or less.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
