The Customer Service Representative role is under general supervision and involves performing various types of commercial office work. This position is part-time and will report onsite at our Merrillville, Indiana location. The role includes receiving and processing customer applications for service, inquiries, complaints, rates, budget agreements, energy audits, and governmental assistance programs. Responsibilities also include establishing and processing credit agreements, preparing billing transactions, computing bills, processing special billings, and maintaining customer accounts. The representative will also handle customer inquiries, manage cash transactions, and perform miscellaneous clerical functions.
