Nipper/Mirror Button Cell Operator - 1st shift
About The Position
KEY TASKS Understand and follow work instructions and control plans Assist with key tasks during changeovers full line Perform quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal; input GMaP’s data when required. Maintain an organized clean work environment: 5S. Understands required PPE; location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment keeps the process running. Excellent trouble shooting skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to set priorities and goals. Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record. Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision-making skills. Complete Pay for Skills sheets as required to advance in the position.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Valid driver’s license required for business travel
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
- Overtime may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays
- Basic skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis.
