  • Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.
  • Take ownership of a project that's been scoped to drive impact with guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers.
  • Influence Nike's Sourcing & Manufacturing strategy through development of sourcing & costing frameworks for new geos.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities to drive flexibility in the source base.
  • Establish internal and external partner engagement models.
  • Optimize Nike Supply Chain processes through data analytics and system mapping.
  • Formulate metrics & KPIs that relate to Nike's targets.
  • Create tools and playbooks for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Engage in Supply & Demand forecasting & planning.
  • Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
  • Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity with a bias for action.
  • Ability to decipher themes, make decisions, and draw conclusions from large datasets.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas.
  • Experience in process and/or workflow mapping.
  • Experience with collaboration and management tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • GenAI Prompt Engineering Experience.
  • Have a growth mindset, be inquisitive, and have a process orientated mindset.
  • Compelling, high-impact storyteller with the ability to influence at multiple levels throughout the organization.
