Requirements

• Enrolled in an MBA program or Master's program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or related fields.
• 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred.
• Cover Letter and resume submission (PDF) strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

• Ability to complete quantitative, qualitative and financial model analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.
• Take ownership of a project that's been scoped to drive impact with guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers.
• Manage one or more cross-functional projects in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or problems.
• Catalyze action against strategic priorities through long-range business planning and performance management.
