Requirements

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
  • Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, International Trade, Business or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years work experience.
  • Resume submission (PDF) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled with analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc.). Python/R nice to have.
  • Interest and/or experience in machine learning and AI through coursework or other means preferred.
  • Supply Chain operations and retail industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Influence Nike's Sourcing & Manufacturing strategy through creation of metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Optimize new processes for geo-distributed forecasts.
  • Conduct supplier capability landscaping.
  • Map processes and establish partner engagement models.
  • Innovate Nike's approach to Operational Excellence through data analysis and market research on quality of key apparel, accessories, and footwear styles.
  • Streamline the risk assessment process.
  • Build tools (Tableau, Smartsheet, etc.) to automate processes and visualize data.
  • Support global trade data operations.
  • Provide trade data for reporting and strategic business decision making.
  • Drive and enable trade compliance best practices.
