Requirements

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Preferred degrees: Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or similar field.
• Strong desire to work in a manufacturing environment required.
• Resume submission (PDF) required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-volume and/or high mix manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyze problems, assess data, use basic math and statistics, and deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities.
• Ability to balance multiple challenging projects simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable working hands-on.
• Exposure to Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing of products related to Nike Air Footwear.
• Focus on product and tooling design, production equipment/automation design and installation, process development, or machine optimization.
• Implement product development, tooling designs or continuous improvement solutions as determined by the project(s) to which you are assigned.
• Work with other specialists including development, production, costing, maintenance and facilities.
