Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform nightly commercial cleaning and janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal
Lead by example while working alongside team members during scheduled shifts
Fill in for absent employees to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed
Conduct final walkthrough inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Restock restroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Maintain janitorial equipment and supply areas, including vacuum maintenance, chemical refills, and organized storage
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply or equipment needs to the Area Manager
Secure the facility at the end of each shift by turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarms
