Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the back-of-house (BOH) operations during the night shift at our restaurant. As a BOH Supervisor, you will lead a team of talented individuals and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and day shifts

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate BOH activities, including food preparation, cooking, and assembly
Monitor food quality and presentation
Supervise end of day closing activities and help clean the restaurant.
Train and develop team members on proper food handling and safety procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
