The position oversees the front and back of the house operations in all bars and lounges owned and operated by Tropicana, including Boogie Nights, 10 North, and Tango's Lounge. The role involves developing and executing strategies for Nightlife branding in conjunction with Advertising and Marketing, aiming to establish Tropicana as the premier nightlife and bachelor/bachelorette celebration destination. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and terminating staff in all nightlife outlets and lounges, while cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional guest service and meets productivity, safety, and job performance standards. The position also ensures cleanliness, organization, and compliance with applicable occupational, health and safety regulations and CHAB requirements. Building repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints is essential. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with tenants, internal departments, and sponsors to schedule entertainment, plan special events and promotions, and capitalize on marketing opportunities to drive revenue. The position requires coordination with the Advertising Department to capture celebrations and parties for social media use, enhancing relationships between Nightlife Tenants, Hotel Operations, Marketing, and F&B, overseeing inventory control procedures, and ensuring direct reports follow Family Style Service standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
