About The Position
As a Nightclub Busser at Zuna Club & Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with their needs, and providing information to enhance their overall experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of tables and bar areas, ensuring that they are promptly cleaned and reset to create an inviting atmosphere for our patrons. In addition to table and bar maintenance, you will support our cocktail servers by preparing necessary mixers, supplies, ice, and beverages, and assisting with service needs as they arise. Your role will also involve general maintenance of the restaurant, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. Collaboration with the service team is essential, as you will work together to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English are essential for this position, as you will be interacting with a diverse clientele and team. Your ability to communicate effectively will enhance the guest experience and ensure clear and accurate interactions with both guests and staff.
