About The Position

Join our Warehouse Team at US Foods, a leading foodservice distributor. This position involves safely and accurately selecting customer orders, building and wrapping pallets, and performing pre-shift equipment checks. You will work in a multi-temperature environment and be responsible for moving products from racks to pallets, validating product selection, and delivering products to the correct dock area. The role requires teamwork to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free.
• Efficiently deliver products to correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to charging area.
