Night Shift Yard Loader Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate a loader to move, load, and organize aggregate materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Support yard flow by efficiently loading customer and company trucks. Monitor material inventory and communicate needs to leadership. Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard‑free work area.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
- Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
- Consistent reliability and teamwork mindset on night shift operations.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Successful candidate must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States.
