Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position

From everyday meals to life's biggest celebrations, we help keep our communities moving - and we're looking for a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our warehouse operations and support our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee nightly warehouse activities while mentoring and motivating a team of associates. You'll play a key part in ensuring orders are selected accurately, staged efficiently, and loaded safely for next-day delivery. If you enjoy hands-on leadership, fast-paced environments, and building strong teams, this could be a great fit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience and at least 1 year supervising hourly employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and inventory control
- Ability to motivate a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in multi-temperature settings (dry, refrigerated, freezer)
- Frequent walking and standing
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Responsibilities
- Supervise nightly warehouse operations including order selection, staging, and loading
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Maintain OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards
- Partner with leadership to meet delivery timelines and service expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
