About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Perform general labor tasks to support plant operations and material handling. Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and housekeeping duties. Monitor and report equipment or safety concerns promptly. Operate or learn to operate various tools and machinery safely. Support production teams with tasks that ensure efficient and continuous operation. What We Are Looking For Ability to perform physically active work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Capability to learn and safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with team members. Reliable communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily tasks. Capability to work on uneven surfaces, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination inactive plant environments. Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks that may involve carrying tools, shoveling, or working in varied weather conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
