Requirements

• Proficient in TIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of metal properties and welding processes.
• Experience in sheet metal work and fabrication, ensuring precise and durable assemblies.
• Familiarity with machining processes and skilled use of hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications accurately.
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work while strictly adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise TIG welding on a variety of metals, ensuring the highest quality in every weld.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately understand project specifications.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components in accordance with project requirements and customer standards.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments, including micrometers and tape measures, to verify accuracy and maintain quality control.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on-site to complete projects safely, on time, and to specification.
