Key responsibilities Staff supervision and management: Assign work to employees and monitor their performance. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities. Production and workflow: Coordinate and manage all warehouse activities, including quality control and inventory management. Ensure production schedules are met with high-quality standards. Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols for a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Conduct safety checks and audits. Reporting and administration: Track and report on production metrics and progress. Maintain accurate records, including daily production numbers, timekeeping, and inventory data. Communicate performance updates to management.
