About The Position

The Night Shift Supervisor (In Training) will work closely with the Primary Night Supervisor to support all night-shift production activities. This role blends hands-on machine operation with developing supervisory responsibilities.

During training, you will work directly in production, learning our machinery, processes, and quality standards while gradually taking on leadership duties. You will serve as second-in-command and act as the point person when the Primary Night Supervisor is unavailable.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing,warehouse, or production environments
• Up to 3 years of experience is acceptable
• Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communicationand leadership potential
• Comfortable working hands-on with machinery
• Reliable, punctual, and ownership-minded
• Ability to lift 65–85lbsand work safely
• Willingness to learn custom glass manufacturing processes
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, but notrequired
• Military experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support andassistthe Primary Night Supervisor in leading night-shift operations
• Work hands-on in production, including operating machinery as part of training
• Progressively take on supervisory and leadership responsibilities
• Direct workflow to meet nightly production goals
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Help onboard and train new team members
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, or material issues
• Prepare end-of-shift notes and communicate with the day team
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed
