About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Night Shift team member to join our dynamic food service team. This position is ideal for individuals who are available to work on weekends and are looking for a stable and rewarding career in the food industry. As a Night Shift team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience, which includes preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and serving. You will also manage cash handling and operate a POS system accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as is providing excellent customer service by being friendly, attentive, and helpful. You will manage a team of servers and bussers to ensure that all customers receive their food and drinks promptly, while also maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations. Additionally, you will assist with closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the restaurant for the next day. This position requires the ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively, all while supporting the café in providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere to all customers.
