About The Position

Goodyear is looking for a Service Manager to join our growing fleet business at our Fleet Service Center located at 1320 Union Avenue NE Renton, WA. This full-time position offers a starting pay rate of $20.00 - $30.00/hr, with 5-day work weeks and 8-hour shifts. The shifts begin at 4pm, with the final shift starting at 10pm. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Fleet Service Center, ensuring guest satisfaction, and prioritizing safety. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automotive service management, including scheduling, service appointments, and workflow organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive service sales experience.
• Previous automotive service experience.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fleet Service Center by scheduling your team and service appointments.
• Organize workflow to deliver quality work on time to the fleet.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, including light and heavy lifting.
