About The Position

Goodyear is looking for a Service Manager to join our growing fleet business at our Fleet Service Center located at 1320 Union Avenue NE, Renton, WA. This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate of $20.00 - $30.00/hr. The role involves managing the Fleet Service Center, scheduling your team, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time. You will also have the opportunity to perform hands-on work, including vehicle maintenance and repairs, while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety are top priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive service sales experience.
• Previous automotive service experience.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fleet Service Center by scheduling your team and service appointments.
• Organize workflow to deliver quality work on time.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting.
