About The Position

Goodyear is looking for a Service Manager to join our Fleet Service Centers. This role is essential in bridging the gap between Fleet owners, managers, and associates, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction while prioritizing safety. As a hands-on manager, you will gain experience in a fast-paced environment, managing service appointments, scheduling your team, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time. You will also have the opportunity to perform line technician services and engage in various automotive tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive service sales experience.
• Previous automotive service experience.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fleet Service Center by scheduling your team and service appointments.
• Organize workflow to deliver quality work on time.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, and system diagnostics.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting.
