About The Position

Goodyear is looking for a Service Manager to join our growing fleet business at our Fleet Service Center located at 1136 W. Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $22-28/hr and requires working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Fleet Service Center, ensuring guest satisfaction, and prioritizing safety. You will also have the opportunity to perform hands-on work, including vehicle maintenance and service management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive service sales experience.
  • Previous automotive service experience.
  • ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Fleet Service Center by scheduling the team and service appointments.
  • Organize workflow to deliver quality work on time to the fleet.
  • Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, and system diagnostics.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order.
  • Report any safety issues immediately to management.
  • Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
