About The Position

Goodyear is immediately hiring for a Service Manager position at their Fleet Service Center in Lexington, KY. This role offers a starting pay of $21-25/hr and provides full-time employment with options for a 4-day work week (9 PM - 7 AM) or a 5-day work week (9 PM - 6 AM). As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Fleet Service Center, ensuring outstanding service, guest satisfaction, and safety. The position involves hands-on work, including vehicle service, scheduling, and workflow organization. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fleet Service Center by scheduling the team and service appointments.
• Organize workflow to deliver quality work on time to the fleet.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting.
