Requirements
- Active RN license (state-required)
- Reliable, compassionate, and confident
- Solid attendance and charting habits
- Someone who shines brightest after dark
Responsibilities
- Saving the day (and night) with excellent patient care
- Passing meds, completing assessments, and keeping things running smoothly
- Being the calm, confident hero patients rely on overnight
- Charting accurately and on time
- Working independently—but never alone—with a supportive night crew
