Night Shift Production Supervisor (4 on/4 off)

We’re looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead a high‑performing production team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are consistently met while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and handle physical demands of the facility
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP, non‑wovens, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance and safety expectations
- Enforce safety policies, conduct audits, and maintain required certifications
- Oversee shift performance including quality, uptime, waste reduction, and production rates
- Support troubleshooting, make stop‑run decisions when needed, and coordinate with technical staff
- Manage attendance, performance reviews, and employment‑related actions
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and communication across shifts
- Participate in key meetings and maintain strong alignment with plant leadership
