Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• Must possess an education or experience level that permits effective communication and performance of job duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be well organized, and be a team player.
• Computer knowledge (SAP, Excel, Word, data entry, checking email).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass training requirements to become qualified on one or more machine production lines.
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment with decision-making regarding Safety and Quality.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CNC machinery or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature.
• Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
