This role is essential to maintaining the flow of inventory in our warehouse, ensuring that our products move efficiently from arrival to delivery. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
  • Willing and able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
  • Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for order fulfillment and storage
  • Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns
  • Identify and manage inventory across documentation, including orders, labels, manifests, and bills of lading
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on process updates
  • Monitor and address inventory quality issues through routine checks
  • Meet productivity targets while efficiently managing resources
  • Report inventory discrepancies using the ICAR process and ensure proper documentation
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
