The Job: As a Night Shift Lease Operator, you'll be the boots on the ground ensuring safe, efficient operations across our water infrastructure sites. Key Responsibilities include:

Requirements

• 6+ Months of Oil & Gas Related Experience Preferred!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain large pipeline network with multiple facilities
• Monitor pressures, rates, and level on Scada
• Inspect piping, fittings, and equipment for issues
• Ensure a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
• Complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time
• Support process improvements and team goals
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Complete required training and certifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
