Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older for Utah State Fire Marshal licensing.
• Valid Utah Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions within 3 years).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to kneel and stand for long periods of time.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal direction.
• Flexible schedule availability.

• Experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role (not required).

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing and degreasing of restaurant kitchen hoods.
• Climbing on restaurant roofs to perform cleaning tasks.
• Operating pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Clearing out cooking grease from kitchen hood systems.
• Training and supervising new hires in cleaning procedures.
• Maintaining and cleaning service vehicles and equipment.
• Completing daily check-out and check-in procedures for equipment.
• Conducting post-service walk-throughs to ensure quality of work.
• Filling out Completion & Deficiency Reports and Job Summaries on site.
